Here you will find our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these policies.

1. Prices & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Delivery charges also include GST and are shown at checkout.

Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the final price payable.

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

2. Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended up until preparation begins.

Once flowers have been prepared, cancellation is no longer possible. Stems are cut, stock is used, and arrangements cannot be taken apart or resold.

Once an order has been dispatched with the courier, cancellation is also not possible, as delivery costs have already been incurred.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery (and before preparation starts) will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Non-perishable items (e.g. candles, hampers, homeware) may be cancelled and refunded if notice is given before dispatch.

Large or custom orders (including imported flowers or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Orders already with the courier cannot be redirected or refunded.

3. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1:30 PM Mon–Fri (Helensville Township 10:30 AM) or 11:30 AM Saturday.
No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays (except Mother's Day & Valentine's Day).

We deliver across Orewa, Silverdale, Whangaparāoa, Millwater, Red Beach, Dairy Flat, Albany, and wider Auckland.

AM/PM delivery requests are accommodated where possible; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If the recipient is unavailable:

Flowers may be left in a safe, sheltered location or with a neighbour. Once left, the order is considered delivered.

If no safe option is available, flowers will be returned to our store and a redelivery fee will apply.

Flowers not collected within 24 hours of return may no longer be guaranteed fresh. No refund or replacement will be provided.

If the recipient refuses delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be given. Redelivery to another address may be arranged (additional fees apply).

Rural or gated deliveries require accurate access details. If delivery cannot be completed due to locked gates, missing access codes, or unsafe conditions, the order will be returned to store and redelivery fees will apply.

4. Product Images, Descriptions & Substitutions

All arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers. As availability changes, flower varieties, colours, and styling may vary slightly from images shown.

Occasionally, substitutions may be required. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style, colour palette, and theme. During peak periods (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas), substitutions are more likely and usual guarantees may be limited.

Packaging may also vary due to availability (e.g. box, wrap, or presentation materials). Regardless of any variation, all orders are packaged with care and professionalism.

Product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any information and, if necessary, cancel an order. In such cases, you will be contacted and a refund arranged.

5. Freshness Guarantee & Quality

We guarantee flowers will last at least 4 days with proper care. Many last 5–7 days or longer, depending on variety and season.

Quality concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Vase-life concerns must be raised within 4 days.

Photos may be requested. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds are rare and offered only in exceptional cases. Any approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to their perishable nature, flowers cannot be returned once delivered.

As flowers cannot be dismantled or resold once arranged, our usual remedy is a replacement or store credit rather than a refund.

Quality or damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Vase-life concerns must be raised within 4 days.

Non-floral gifts (e.g. hampers, candles, homeware) may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Any approved refunds will be returned to the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

7. Exclusions – No Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

Change of mind or incorrect ordering

Custom or special orders once confirmed

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer

Orders deemed delivered (safe drop, neighbour, etc.)

Refused deliveries (including hospitals or rest homes), where preparation and delivery were attempted in good faith

Flowers not cared for according to provided instructions

Delivery delays due to recipient unavailability

Peak-event deliveries (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas)

Gift cards (non-refundable)

Returned flowers (flowers are perishable and cannot be resold)

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

9. Privacy & Website Use

All website content is protected and may not be reused without permission.

Personal information is used only to process orders, ensure security, and deliver services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

All transactions and disputes are governed by New Zealand law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Subscription Policy

We offer flexible flower subscriptions designed to make gifting and fresh flowers effortless. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are charged on a pay-as-you-go auto-renew basis. Payment details are stored securely.

You may skip, change, or cancel a subscription within the following cut-off times:

Same-day deliveries: order by 1:30 PM weekdays / 11:30 AM Saturdays

Subscription changes: by 5:00 PM Sunday, or 7 days prior to a scheduled Sunday delivery

Order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Price Adjustments

Prices may be adjusted from time to time. Subscription customers will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance. Updated pricing will apply automatically after this period.

You may pause, skip, or cancel within the allowed cut-off timeframe.

All prices include GST.
