Greetings everyone,

Autumn is my favourite time of the year. The weather is settled with lovely sunny days and cool nights and the trees and plants seemed to take on a radiance not seen in any other season.

Flowers never cease to amaze me with their beautiful colours and fragrances and the joy they bring people is so precious. 

Part of my day is taken up delivering flowers to their recipients and it is delightful to watch the expressions on people’s faces. Some are puzzled others are overcome with emotion and happiness.

Whether the occasion is happy or sad, flowers say it all.

I have a passion for my profession and the pleasure that flowers bring to others provides me with an overwhelming sense of satisfaction.

I walk into my floral studio each morning and I am greeted by a myriad of colour and beautiful scents, which sets me up for the day.

At Flowers by Joanne, we strive for excellence in customer service, quality product and service.

I personally travel to the markets three times per week in the early morning and buy my flowers at auction. This way I can be sure of top quality product which is then treated and prepared for you, the customer. We are well known for our long lasting flowers and I guarantee my product.

MOTHERS DAY is celebrated in New Zealand and most parts of the world on the second Sunday in May, which this year is Sunday 9^th.

This is one day of the year when we can truly acknowledge our Mums for the special people they are.
